caught up the Diplomat Registry, which had been neglected since
August 2001.  There are now not quite 400 cars in the Diplomat

When the Forum is fully implemented, its URL will change to
www.dippy.org/forum.

The new Forum requires registration and password.  However, cookies
are set to remember your password, so you shouldn't need to keep re-
entering them.  I have studied moving the Forum for a while, and have
discovered that the benefits and added functionality of this new
Forum arrangement far outweigh the temporary uneasiness of moving
from a familiar setting.  However, user feedback counts for a lot, so
I would like to hear user opinions on how it goes.

Send replies to my email fjbfour@..., as clicking reply to this
message will reply to the entire list!

Added seven new photos to Diplomats 5 from Tom Adams.

As individual pages are updated, they will reflect a
slightly modified appearance - hyperlinks will now turn a
bright green when the mouse is over them, and the visited
link color will be a lighter shade of blue, easier to read
against the black background.

There are some site maintenance issues that are causing
some update slowdowns, those should be resolved within the
next week or so.
