Just take a glance at the interior of the Harley vs the Lightning and
the detail will just blow you away. The Harley comes with leather and
all the extra's such as power rear window, adjustable pedals, heated
seats.. the lightning has none of those. Not only that, but the harly
displays your limited edition VIN # on the console!

Engine wise - they both had the 5.4 liter with supercharger.
Difference between the two is the stock Lightning has a pulley that
makes more horsepower than the stock harley. Switch to the lightning
pulley on the Harley and you have the same motor.
Cost wise - sticker for the harley is about 38-9ish
Lightning sticker is around 32.
