Hi Everyone,
I signed up for Africa 2008 in November 2007. Found this group last
night.

Fund raising is just starting - so probably behind you guys, but I
managed to raise £1500 in the last 2 weeks.

Well looking forward to the trip. I'm not a hugely expeienced off
roader, but do ride trials bikes and have the big KTM 990 Adventure -
and yes I do off road it! Which usually results in picking the thing
up a lot! (Awesome bike though). I think the little Honda CTX as used
in Africa now will feel a little bit small and under powered :-)

So have any of you done anything like this before?
