That's right. The adjective "certain" doesn't reveal a blessed thing
about precisely what "applications" were --and were not-- allowed
in the settlement.

The contract with which Texaco/Chevron bought NiMH from GM is
equally as "confidential" [SECRET], which is why I opine that Obama
should have insisted that it be made PUBLIC before loaning GM one
red cent of the PUBLIC's money.
