I have asked Jay Friedland several times why Plug In America won't push for some
action on chevron's control over nimh technology. DOE or Justice could push for
the sale of the rights. Congress could do something. Not sure what is
constitutional. Tax companies that have battery technology that is under
utilized for plug-in EVs?
Anyone have any ideas or an in with the Plug In America "Team?"
http://www.pluginamerica.org/about-us/our-team.html Can anyone ask PIA what they
are doing to make Nimh available?

President Obama to include releasing the NiMH battery as part of the bail out or
whatever else we have in leverage over them. I mean we supposedly OWN part of
the company now. Also we could petition the UNION members other owners to
support the release of the batteries. You write it I'll spread it..
