-Dual gas shock lifts.
-Lid shape and special weather seal help keep water and weather out.
-Two cylinder style locks for security.
-Quick release heavy duty hinges.
-Durable High Gloss Solarthane Finish In Smooth Black. Chrome edge.

You can see sample photos of it (the sample is in white) at:

selling for $550 (I'll deliver within 100 miles) or $425 if you pick
up.

I also have a NEW (never installed) set of Fiberglass Ground Effects.
Ground Effects package includes rocker panels, door filler strips and
rear spats. Fits 1978-87 El Camino. They sell new for $367. Will sale

22062 documented original miles. This one owner meticulously maintained car
has always been rust free and comes with documentation and some service
records. The original color repaint is simply beautiful. The blue cloth interior
is
flawless. The El Camino has a 305 V-8, 3 speed Turbo Hydromatic, factory A/C
that blows ice cold, P/S, P/B, AM/FM radio, and 4 flawless GM chrome wheels. It
is silver with a blue vinyl roof. Collectors should not miss out on this one!

Hi!
I'm a new member to your group. I own a '71 El Camino I bought a
year ago; it was originaly a 350 but will now be fitted with a 454,
since the previous owner elected to keep his engine. I need to
replace the frame on it, and already managed to make my first
mistake: acting on a tip saying that all 68-72 El Caminos shared the
same frame with the station wagons, I bought a '69 Vista Cruiser that
had a good frame. Unfortunately, it's the wrong wheelbase! (121 to
116). Oh well, they say you learn through your mistakes...

I also own a '66 GTO convertible, but its a parts car; I'm planning
to find a Tempest or Lemans and use the salvageable parts to make a
clone. But don't worry, I never attempt to pass a clone as the real
thing. For instance, my EC is a run of the mill car that was painted
as to resemble an SS (yellow with black stripes), but there are no SS
badges on it.

I see there hasn't been a lot of action on the message board, so I
hope you guys will shake some of that winter blues out there!

Does anyone know where to go to get a new dash for my 81 el camino?
I am not looking for a dash cap or cover I actually want to replace
it. It could be an actual older one that is mint or a reproduction.

My father owns a 1977 El Camino. He is the second owner, and is ready to sell
it. He loves that vehicle, but just would prefer to sell it to someone that may
want it and can do something with it. It is starting to show it's years and
he's not in a position to keep it tip top.

350 4 barell carb. No rust, does not use oil. Original paint job was blue &
white. It has been repainted solid blue. 93,500 miles, not rollover miles.
Small oil drip under the engine. Will need reupholstery. Needs new rubber
around drivers window & some sealer around rear window. The A/C has bad seal in
compressor, crack in windshield and crack in top of dash.

Told ya, it's starting to show it's years. It's still a good vehicle. No
wrecks, no body damage. Would be sold in an "as is" condition. If anyone is
interested in this vehicle, it is located in Arkansas, about an hour and half
from Memphis, Tennessee, or about two hours from Little Rock, Arkansas. I can
try to get some pics of it, that will take a few days. For anyone interested,
email me and I'll give you Dad's phone number. He wants to get about $2,000 for
it, negotiable.

Mike
