You can just leave the key on (with the headlight on) if they are in a secure location. It will take hours for each discharge this way though (up to 16 hours)....

To discharge them faster, you can put blocks under the eGOs so their rear wheel is off the ground, then you can turn them on and throttle them to a medium...
