If anybody in or near Sydney needs trims, seats, window
glass ,window surrounds or gauges for a HQ kingswood and you are
willing to pick them up please post me a message saying what you
need and if i have it for next to nothing.

I have a good HR wagon on the market at the moment, I'll try to email

Me again.

I am still on the look out for a decent HR. I found one last week that had a
Nissan RB30
engine installed in it. Which is kind of what I eventually wanted to do, one
day.

But my original post still stands.

Kel,

It looks to me like a Statesman emblem, although ordinarily they are a two-piece
arrangement, with the wreath and the badge as separate pieces.  That badge is
normally seen on the rear of the roof panel, just behind the back doors on the
Stateman from HQ-Z.

I'm afraid I can't offer any more assistance than that.

hi, i have a stock 307 chev and matching powerglide, also stock for
sale. The motor is stock other than the chrome bolt on bits and
pieces eg fan belt pulleys, rockers covers(maybe), thermostat
housing and air cleaner. I'am running the motor in my EH holden and
it has been for the past few years. Its in good all round condition
except that I think it has a blown right head gasket because its
heating up and thats all we can come up with. It hasnt lost any oil
though after driving it to woolongong and back, just water. The
water and oil havnt mixed, but i was losing water through the
exhaust. The engine number is K043030744777. I was told this number
means its an original HK/HT? monaro motor and box, not sure though.
The motor and box are for sale for $1500. The motor and box can be
viewed in Kilsyth, Melbourne, VIC. still in the car but will be
removing it in the next few weeks (hopefully).U can contact me at

My EH needs a steering box rebuild urgently.

Anyone got any advice/experience ??

Should get my hands on a 2nd hand one, or wopuld I be buying the same problem ?

I've been quoted $800 so far from JAX (large franchise tyre mob). My mechanic is
yet to give me quote.

ALSO......Anyone got a spare diff bolt laying around? Mine is quite stripped,
and even a socket is slipping. I need the one that faces the rear, higher up the
diff which is used to fill with diff oil. I would pay for bolt and
postage.......:)
