Congratulations and thank you to the Ewerts. This is an advance that
makes a difference for where we live, where only a few blocks from
our house one would be on 40-50 mph roads.
Thank you all, including Jerry, for putting the open-source question
in perspective. Remember, as Ron has said, that there are still a
great many non-hybrid cars to be converted -- it's not like we've run
out of work to do.
Darren, your questions are wonderfully candid and well put. While I
have not as yet done a conversion (focusing on making my home
extremely efficient), you have done a great job expressing some of my
nagging doubts, since my wife is by far the main driver in our family
and is not terribly technical. I look forward to hearing more on that thread.
