We've had a string of spam ads posted by new "members"(I doubt they
know a Super Bee from a Toyota Corolla) . These folks apparently join
every yahoo group that exists and post their ads. This not only goes on
the board, but is bounced to folks emails that receive messages. This
is annoying and I see no point in putting up with it....Therefore...

From here on membership has been changed to the restricted mode. That
is, to become a member, someone has to receive approval from a
moderator. In order to receive my approval, someone will have to be
vouched for by an existing member. If this new member posts spam ads,
odds are BOTH members( new member and their "sponsor") will be banned.
This will be judged on a case by case basis, but I am a hard-ass when
it comes to idiots with spam ads so be careful whom you vouch for.
  Thanks
  Richard

If you post goofy things in here (example: online medication, enzyte

relevant things such as "check out this ebay auction for superbee

Looks like everyone has been so busy working on the cars that we've
not had time to "play" on our computers. How are the car projects
coming? I need to order some "tape" for the trunk valence and I will
be done for a while. Peg says,"Yeah Right".
We decided that it might be fun to do the "work camping" thing, so we
took a job at a car museum in South Dakota. Right on I-90 at
Murdo,SD. It has been interesting so far as there are about 300 cars
from a 1902 Olds to a '70 Superbird. There is even one of Petty's
original dirt track cars. About 30 muscle cars of all makes. Should
make for an interestin g summer. All the cars are operational and
most are in decent condition. So, if anyone is traveling I-90 this
summer, drop in.
