I will soon have a used (104,000 miles) DOHC engine for sale.
You will get basicly a long block in need of a rebuild.
Could have a bent valve or perhaps some excessive gap in a rod
bearing. It is still in use and will be in use till my new engine is
ready to drop in.
I am asking $200 for block, head w/ stock cams and valve train (no
timing gears), crank (No dampner, flywheel or flex plate), rods and
pistons (All stock w/ 104,000 miles on them to date) Optional parts
will be the stock aluminum intake manifold and the stock, MT,
throttle body. (I am asking $50 for both together)
If you live out of Colorado, you will have to pay shipping and
handling
First with money takes it all. Or part it out. (The block weighs
80lbs, the crank and head weigh 30lbs each, the lower crank journal
assembly weighs 20lbs and rods, pistons and assorted hardware weighs
another 20lbs.
Count on assembled shipping weight of approx 200lbs.
