Hi my name is wayne im located in NE ohio near cleveland. I am
selling my prize possetion which is my turbo z. here is a run down of
what all is done to her.
I bought her with 86K on it. I completely removed all the interior
cleaned and replaced it all back inside replacing any damaged parts,
the seats are in beautiful condition, no rips and very lil wear (I
did however remove the pump from the driver seat) I replaced the
headliner, I pulled the carpet from another daytona with a lil nicer
carpet in it and steamed it clean then put it in, i put the door
panels from a laser XT in it(now has the accent lights in the doors)
I also put the rear sunvisors from a laser XT in it. the interior is
id say a 9 out of 10 like all t-tops cars it has power windows and
thats about the only option, it also has power mirrors and rear
defrost which all works. the dash now reads 88K.
As for the outside. I had her repainted proffessionaly just over a
year ago, the car was disassembled and all body work was done it was
kept the origional color (red), I had the hood vent painted red and
the rear panel where the plate mounts is also red, I had the
windsheild replaced and all the trim was repainted the origional flat
black as well. I put the tail lights from a laxer XT in as well, it
now has a very nice set of rear louvers on with the stands still
attached, the windows are tinted approx.35% it has cross drilled
front rotors and painted rear drums. it now has a set of 17" konig
monsoon wheels on it which look excellent but i would remove them and
give you the stock pizza wheels if you dont like em.
Now mechanicly, still a T-1 but its been changed to the 89 T-1 mitsu.
turbo, head intake all that stuff it has a 3.0 throttle body,
recalibrated logic module (12psi boost) the block was bored .020
over, it has all new pistons rings bearings and seals block is
painted red, also has +20 injectors and a 2.5" exhaust from the turbo
out, no cat,no muffler! there may be more done mechanicly but
honestly i cant remember at this time.
Now im sellign cause i need money and i have seem to lost interest in
the turbo thing so she has just sat for about 8 mos. since i did the
head and turbo change. i drove on the turbo and head when it was on
its previous car but never have driven on it with this car. as of
right now the car does not run cause i never finished everything when
i changed the top end. all it needs now is all the vacuum work needs
to be done, it needs the throttle cable changed(i have the cable), I
have no air box for it, it needs collant and a battery plus maybe a
few minor odds and ends. the timing has been set and the engine is
completely assembled so im sure there is no reason why it wont run
when this work is done. It comes with a nice set of MP struts,
leather bags for the t-tops and a set of GTS headlight covers. I have
a box full of reciepts for parts totaling almost $6000 but im selling
the car as it is for $2500, and if you dont want the wheels on it
then ill sell it with the pizza wheels for $1500, no less! any more
questions send me an e-mail.
