There could me many causes... I'll start with the most likely and go on to the least likely. Wiper arm shaft seals, leaking windshield gasket/ accelerator...

I'd agree with what "not you" said..... My 69 Dart had a leak like that,,, it was windsheild wiper arm seals.... All rubber goes away in time.... door/window...
