oh, and marine plywood is for use in the wet, after a coating of course. mdf, i have a leak in my kitchen, it gets into my mdf countertop underside, it bulges...
Its not that it would be hard to cut the plywood, its just the sight of those layers showing is not great, and I was thinking that mdf might work better. And...
