The way I understand it, the Stevensons ground the existing bolts down a little on the outisides so they fit into what was the brake drum and act as locators....

Steve, You can obviously do them a couple different ways. In the picture mentioned a couple posts back the hub is mounted so the wheel ends up with the brake...
