I am thinking about sawaping my 8V g60 head for a 16v head. I think
this will help in the lower revs. i am not sure about all the things
i have to connsider when doing this. Would i have to change the
chip ? fuel rail that sort of thing. so if any one could give me some
help thank you .

You are headed into some interesting and complicated territory there. First off, it will probably get you LESS bottom end, as that is what the 8-valves are...
