I do my own powder coating and love the results. With powder coat, you have to get everything really clean. NO rust. When you are done, the coating is hard...

I vote rattle can. My front/rear bumpers are powdercoated, but whenever they hit the rocks....I always grind them down and just rattle can over it anyway. ...
