Many thanks for the update, it would indeed be good to see the bus restored. Thinking back it must be over 30 years since I last saw the PD2, when it was parked up withdrawn at Port Erin depot on the Isle of Man. By the look of your recent photos it appears not to have received a repaint since then.

Many thanks for the additional shots. The application of 'extra' panelwork begs the question if the propsed restoration is taking place or has that idea been adandoned and the bus moved on for some other purpose. Maybe its just to protect the glass from vandals or damage, but it does seem unusual.
