The floor pan discussions just came up on the Galaxie 7Litre group. 4
door rear pans are not the same as 2 door. See below.

Front floor pans are the same, as are the trunk floors, but the rear
seat foot area floor pans are different in a 4 door.
Just look at where the B pillar is located. It is closer to the front.
Those rear floors are different.

Hey all, are the floor and trunk pans the same for all the different
body styles? I may have a chance to buy a 4 door with perfect pans. I
don't know if there is a calling for nice pans and also don't know if
they are reproduced anywhere.

Hey guys, somewhat new member here and I just bought a '66 S-55 Convertible. I have a couple of questions. Will the floor pans and rear lower quarters work...

The glaxie stuff should work for you., but I would measure the quarter panels and floor pan first to make sure, The top bows are the same as a Galaxie....

... I think the top frame is the same on '65-'66 full-size Mercs and '66 full-size Fords. A little measuring should tell if the 4-door body panels will work....

It has A/C, power drivers seat, power locks, power top. I think that is it for the options..it may have more but i'm not sure exactly what came standard on...

... I think the only standard items were the 428, 31-spline rear axle & bucket seat interior. I don't have p/s or p/b....
