the noise only use to happened when i made a sharp turn but not its every bump i hit...its in the front and on both sides of the car...doesn't matter how fast...

Justin, unless the rods are aftermarket or are factory high performance, they will be a pressed fit. You need to take them to a shop that can do this for you....
