Since I'm not there with you I'm needing to ask questions.
Please put up with them...
A 750 mA draw is way too much.
But if it goes away when you disconnect the Battery, how
are you measuring it?
A "clamp on" meter???
If so it better be a HIGH QUALITY, HIGH ACCURACY Instrument,
otherwise the inaccuracies will draw us both down the wrong
path.
When measuring below an Amp with a "clamp on" meter, you'll
usually need to spend at least $300.00 to get the necessary
accuracy.
I'm ASSUMING that you are having trouble with the Battery
going dead.
Bear in mind that if it's been cycled too many times, it will
be trash and will need to be replaced.
I'm also assuming that you have qualified and tested the
Charging System and that it checks OK.
Last, it's important for me to know year/make/model/eng.
