CARFIX_ONLINE is open to all those interested in repairing ANY car. Questions should pertain to repairing any automobile as well as general maintenance. This is ** not ** a list for those who have questions on souping up a car or modifying one to increase performance. In general the list is for those in need of saving money on car repairs or would like to learn about car repair. You don't have to work on your own car to be on this list! Join just to be an informed consumer, so you know what has to be done when you take your car in for repairs. On occasion the list welcomes questions on buying and selling automobiles, boat engines, lawn mowers, but do keep in mind carfix_online should be used primarily for repairing, maintaining your motor vehicle. In addition, this list will have a monthly contest which is a Quiz question in which any list member can participate in.
