Not familiar with these at all, but could it be something as silly as a bracket being bolted back down incorrectly? Stranger things have happened...

... I would have to think you have done the intake on this? somewhere they might have forgot to hook up the ground? or maybe the cable is kinked? I would look...

Yes i did the intake seal and also head gasket seals to. when i hooked everything back up and started vehicle the idle was @ 3000 rpms so i disconnected the...
