Duration is always the better number to give for cam specs. Lift is much less important. Can get a good idea from the ET #'s and everything else though....

You're not bad off w/ the extra lift. Most of the flow numbers I've seen on the iron '40s (of course I dealt w/ mostly P heads) doesn't show them losing flow....
