Matt that combo isn't too far off what I ran in my old 83 GT. Biggest difference was I ran a vic jr. Even with the vic jr I didn't have to jet down much. IIRC...

Use a torque strap. Solid motor mounts are a pain. I run roughly 750 HP and still have the stock mounts with a torque strap from the head to the frame rail....
I used a crayon last night on the power valve so that I migh actually have a chance to see what was stamped on it. Purple Mountain Majesty is a great contrast...
