While working at the rear brakes and suspension at Lady Leila, I know these
differences in comparison to the '59 for sure:
the rear drums are finned
the rear brakecylinders have a bigger diameter
the service brakes are self adjusting
an vacuum released parking brake
the rear coil springs are about 10% "softer" than in '59
Really, would like to own a '59 too and probably I could tell more...
