The final C4 marked the end of a hugely popular series that started in 1984 and ended in '96 with more than 330,000 fourth-generation Corvettes created and has left a legacy of technological advancement and overall improvement in its wake. As the years pass, the fourth generation Corvettes will take their rightful place in Corvette history.

see if you can get a flashlite and look at the neck of the water pump. There are weep holes on one side or the other that warn you of a seal-bearing failure.
