it should just pull out. remember to remove the cotter pin, or in my case a finish nail. you may have to cut the old one or keep wiggling it to get it to free ...

There should be something holding it on to the dustcap over the wheel bearings. Take that off and you should be fine. Mike...

the corret pin is just outside the grease cap. sometimes the part that goes thru the grease cap gets hung up in the spindle. but it should just slide out, ...
