Trying to figure out a December Weekend to get out for a day run in
Bastrop but no luck yet. So for now:

Christmas Social December 15 2007

Beginning at 5:00, dinner at 6:00 and white elephant at 8:00. If
interested in the white elephant exchange, bring a gift in the $5 -
$10 range (Jeep related gift would be good!). The club will provide
the ham and turkey and non-alcoholic beverages. Each guest should
bring a side (vegetable, salad, bread, dessert, etc.). I'll clean
out the 3-car garage and have tables set up, bring an extra chair
and coat. If it's cold, I can have a space heater inside and a fire
outside.

You are welcome to BYOB. I'm in Oakhill, just off Hwy 290, and this
section of road is heavily patrolled by Police, Sheriff, and DPS -
plan accordingly. . .
