take springs off front measure your desired drop no more than three inches measure off distance on the spring make a mark with tape cut with hack saw or sawzall pr grinder this way superior to heating up cut one leaf spring off each side on back be careful this weekings the overall leaf sprig package not sure how far down you go per sprig spring that is. the van might bottom out (axle hit frame ) because of this but only when you nail bumps at a high speed just a jar to the bones wont tear up nothin though good luck'

P.S. a flip kit is, a kit the allows you to move you rear leaf spring
s from on top of you axlex, ot the bottom of your axle... western
chasis and DJm both have a kit with lower leafs that woudl wokr for
you... I am not a pro, but iahve been researchign this subject for a
while now, because it is time for my Astro to go low... check it out
