The bearing numbers for the IT175E,IT425E and IT490K are all the same,so I would guess that the 250 is the same.   Top bearing---KOYO 32005JR  25id,47od,x15....

actually , running a mixture of 14:1 will tend to make your fuel/air ratio lean , as more oil flows slower through the jets , so you get more air.....not good...
