If it is an IT 425 it is a 1980 model. IT 425 G that is the only year they made a 425. The engine is based on the older style bottom end with a rear engine...

The IT175 E/F has the exhaust on the right while the 250/400 are on the left, so the answer is no. YZ 125 D/E (77 & 78) will fit but they will be yellow (usa)...
