Yes Ray. With average use, your pack will run 3x longer running PowerCheqs. I uploaded Dr. Kutkut's full study to the group file area, it is under GPEV....

The Alltrax, like the Curtis are conduction cooled. With the proper heat sink, conduction cooling is much more effective then convection cooling (fins/fan)....

The AC relay is a nice feature, it keeps you from driving off with the vehicle plugged in. To retain this feature simply wire the leads to the back of your AC...

The theory applies to all battery types, but since AGM and GEL batteries are more susceptible to overcharge damage then floodies, balance is even more critical...
