I'm thinking about getting a BLS, as my range after 1 yr.on my DEKAs seems to
be around 11 miles... I'm wondering, What are the symptoms of a shorted cell?
The batteries all stay within .2 volts of each other, except under load when
they stay within .4 volts.
I think my Chinese charger may have hurt them or the miss-set algorithm on my
new Delta-Q.
