It looks like the Flybo is making a comeback - this time as the Sparky
EV. There is an ad on ebay from someone who is supposed to be in Yuma,
AZ that looks very like the one about a month ago that was supposed to
be from someone in Las Vegas, NV.

They are expecting the cars "on or before September 15" so nothing
anyone can actually look at. The Ad, like the one last month, said
they were going to pre-sell 10 cars.

There was also a listing on eBay UK for what appears to be the same car
under the name Town-e-car that said it was offering a dealership. It
looks like the scam is spreading across the atlantic now.
