| Things you can do to help as an individual, comment to the Commission and the Division that previous postings on the State web site are not acceptable. A notice was removed stating Commission meetings do to budget restrictions were to only be held in Sacramento, was removed but they at the same time made no statement agreeing to have meetings throughout the State, as required by Law. Why should they do this  not meet their legal obligations so more money can be taken from our fund Notice that Division would be closed 1st and 3rd Fridays of the Month has also been removed, A Division Staff person told me they will be open however, most Staff people will still not be there only enough to keep the doors unlocked and pick up the phones. Why our program is not part of the general fund therefor should not be included in this, again why so even more money can be taken from our fund because they wouldn't let us spend itLast but perhaps most important, as for as Commission meeting policy only giving individuals 2 minutes to speak is unacceptable, as apposed to 4 minutes for Organizations that many feel no longer represent us.
