Hans, The fender mounts on the lower legs differ between 50/51 and 52/53. As far as I know the tree, top clamp, upper legs, and covers are same for all years....

The 52/53 legs will have a lower mount bracket located 4" below the upper mount. This bracket is identical to the upper except one mounting leg is cut off....
