Hi Roman:- I take it you are reffering to that forward positioned finger. That
fits under the footboard brace when the stand is slid forward against the foot
board frame boss. The stand will be just under the dipstick..Early stands had no
finger and could rotate, this finger prevents that from occuring.......Joe

Subject: [Virtual Indian] Indain Contact Points bulletin
Hi, does any one have an Indian Contact Points # 437 bulletin that shows
the fitting of the 1932--34 jiffy side stand that they could scan and send
me? I am wondering why that long protrusion is on the Jiffy stand frame
clamp and what it is used for on the Four cylinder.
