The T-92 trans was built as a variable, and reverse speed
transmission for drill presses in 1936. In 1939 when Powel Crosley
wanted a trans for his car, Borg-Warner spec'd a T-96. Powell wanted
something cheaper. The end result was Crosley paid $12.00 each for
the T-92 trans. If you need parts I have plenty of new old stock.
