Its possible, but you might want to consider making your own from 1/4 steel rod. Helps to know someone who welds tho. I am slowly making a driver's back rest....

I too use a receiver hitch carrier that I bought used. It's a tilting model so I can roll my Vino 125 up onto it alone. I've had no issues hauling it around...
