Scooter Racing Gears up for new huge season

Have you checked the autochoke (pp. 6-8 and 6-9 of the service manual)? The black on the spark plug would indicate that it might be malfunctioning, as well as

Hi James, I think I'd still recommend some carb cleaner sprayed in the intake, and check for good spark if and when it doesn't start or repeats it's bad
