Duane,
If you changed all four injectors, it can take a long (really long) time to get
the engine to start.
I used the article on Fred's list regarding the injector change
(http://pics.tdiclub.com/pdf/injector_install_howto.pdf). It indicated a
moderate rate on the starter: something like crank for 5 sec, then wait 30 sec
for the starter to cool. Do this crank and wait 10 to 15 times, then quit for
an hour or two. You may need to recharge your battery during the hours in
between.
I did this process for what seemed like all day or more until my engine
started. I guess that's why they suggest to do two injectors at a time to keep
the restart time down.

Hi,
I just installed Sprint 357/442 Injector Nozzles on my Beetle TDI and now it
will not start. I have bleed the injector pump to injector lines, changed the
Fuel Filter.
Anyone have some ideas that I could try. I have the old nozzles soaking in
diesel fuel so I can reuse them is needed.
