* Adds Measuring Blocks for ECU's running the KWP-2000 protocols
Tested on Teves-60 ABS, 3.0L Audi V6, 8E0 Airbags.

* Displays name of Label-File in use by Measuring Blocks
(or "None" if no suitable Label file was found)
Knowing what file is in use is helpful when people
are creating/editing Label Files.

* Improved display of "Long Text" data type in measuring
blocks for improved clarity when looking at blocks like
with data like this:
http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/tour/screens/mb-longtext.gif

* Support for 17-bit WSC
(00000-99999 rather than 00000-65535)
Long-Standing "omission" on my part.

* Fixed Data-Logging File-Name problem.
You can now override the default file name.

* Consoldidated Start, Stop, Resume buttons on
Logging Dialog so those functions can be
performed without moving the cursor.

* Added "Reduce CPU Usage" checkboxes on Options screen.
Advantage: Will greatly increase responsiveness of
other apps running at the same time as VAG-COM.
Disadvantages: Somewhat reduced sample rate.
Used with KWP-1281 *may* make the session with
some control modules unreliable.

* Fixed problem with slighly decreased sample rate in 0.79.

Here here's the code:
http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/download/alpha/VagCom-A80.exe
(~450 kB uncompressed EXE, drop in your VAG-COM folder and run)

As usual, feeback would appreciated.
