Welcome to "Port.O.Rats", Lads!
Aye, we've spent many a long day at sea, searchin' in vain fer a friendly Port to lay in. Too many of the King's Privateer's searchin' the high seas for us, tryin' to collect their rewards. Avast, too many hostile Ports along our route, as well! The natives fear Pirates, almost as much as they fear change. Tis sad to see Brethren and Sistren bearin' arms agin us. Yet, this is what we do, we "Road Rats", fer we love the smell of scooter exhaust, and the Landlubbers feel of the road beneath us. It brings a smile to our weathered faces, and an extra beat to our hearts!
I'll give me word, that I'll proudly fly me pennant o'r me land, try me best to keep a civil tongue in me mouth, sheath me sword in public, but, ..... I'll be askin' ya not to make me wear any "Gentlemen's" clothing, or powered wigs..... for I be a Sailor... a Pirate... and a Rat!
Do we have an Accord, lads?... If so, make yer mark by signin' the ship's log.
A round o' Grog fer All Hands! The Captain's buyin'!
AHOY SHIPMATES!
