The TVR Car Club Speed Championship handicapping system enables members in all kinds of TVRs to compete fairly at sprints and hillclimbs throughout England and Wales. Sprint venues range from airfields (North Weald, Debden and Abingdon), to test tracks (MIRA, and the Lotus proving ground at Hethel) to race tracks (Croft, Llandau, Anglesey, Goodwood, Brands Hatch and Castle Combe,) to hillclimbs including famous names such as Gurston Down, Harewood, Prescott, Loton Park and Shelsley Walsh. During 2010 there are 22 events to choose from and the best 8 scores count towards each contender's championship total.
