The TVR Car Club Speed Championship enables club members to compete fairly in TVRs of all types at sprints and hillclimbs throughout England and Wales. Sprint venues range from airfields (North Weald, Debden and Abingdon), to test tracks (MIRA, Longcross and the Lotus proving ground at Hethel) to race tracks (Croft, Anglesey, Goodwood, Lydden Hill, Cadwell Park, and Brands Hatch) and hillclimbs including famous names such as Gurston Down, Harewood, Prescott, Loton Park and Shelsley Walsh. During 2009 there are 22 events to choose from and the best 8 scores count towards each contender's championship total.
