Hi Adrien,
I also have a 1965 M15 (lever arm front forks type).
Tyres etc should be the same as most small commuter
bikes with 15 inch tyres.
As for value i think mine is priceless!
If it hasn't been started for almost 40 yrs i would
change the oil for fresh, clean the plug and give it a
go.
