15 volts is a bit on the high side. Idle speed is controled by the Idle Air Motor. If the car cant tell how warm it is , It may run at a high idle. Not sure....

Yes, I have a no spark condition at the coil hi tension lead. The rotor turns fine...15k on cam belts...Good ground at coil bracket...puzzling...at this point...
