I cleaned the jets with carb cleaner and blew them out with compressed air. I've also installed a new spark plug. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem....

Check the wire on the coil and the spark plug wire. My guess is the coil wire is almost burned through, Cut and replace connection , it should start....
