Hi, The Cl100 i know has the same engine as the Cb100,so i would imagine the oil pump etc are the same. I presume you mean the centrifugal oil filter? if so...

I did buy the tool, fits perfectly, the only issue is the engine is off the bike, and i just need to stop the movement of everything else and not damage...
