The closest I can think of is a normal motorcycle release date of 1963
Honda called the "90", press steel frame, pushrod engine, large chrome side panel on tank. The other "90" was the 1966 CM91 or also called C90M step thru frame, white plastic fairing 3 speed transmission with a auto clutch. Overhead cam engine.
The frame S/N will ID the bike.
